	* sslconnect.c (loop): Argh!  Stupid bug removed which hindered
	timeout to occur.
	(nuke_error): When data was transferred, suppress error message,
	as this might garble the restart position.  Note that this type of
	"errors" are quite common out there in Internet, but most
	downloaders do not know about this case, such that *most*
	downloaders are incapable of restarting a broken download
	properly.  It's a simple but not well known fact.
